- Colocamos en el centro de cada oblea un poco de la mezcla de pollo y pimientos y cerramos formando un cuadradito.
- Pintamos con huevo la empanadilla resultante y la espolvoreamos con sésamo. Repetimos el proceso con el resto de obleas.
- En una sartén, calentamos un poco de aceite y cuando esté bien caliente introducimos las empanadillas y las dejamos freír hasta que se vean bien doradas.
