En esa salsa incorporamos el pollo, calentaremos a fuego bajo hasta reducir la salsa a nuestro gusto. Es ahora cuando debemos de comprobar el punto de sal y pimienta (muy importante). Retiramos del fuego y reservamos.
  4. Respecto al arroz integral debemos de seguir las instrucciones del fabricante para su cocción, nosotros lo haremos agregando sal, pimienta molida, curry y laurel y una vez en su punto le cortaremos la cocción con agua fría y en un colador y que quede bien escurrid.
    En el momento de servirlo y en un bols pondremos el arroz y lo mezclaremos con un poco de salsa de curry (para evitar que suelte), lo calentaremos en el microondas y acto seguido utilizaremos un molde para su presentación.
