  4. Mientras, sacamos el bol de la nevera, y pasaremos los filetes de pechuga por harina.
  5. Ponemos una sartén con abundante aciete de oliva a calentar. Freimos las pechugas y las vamos metiendo en una cazuela de barro.
  6. Verteremos sobre las pechugas la mezcla ligeramente espesa de nata y roquefort y la dejaremos cocer un cuarto de hora mas.
  7. Listo para comer... que rico!!
