  12. Dorarlos de manera pareja dándolos vuelta, uno a uno.
  13. No pincharlos ni aplastarlos para que no pierdan su jugo. Una vez que estén suavemente dorados ponerlos en un plato y dejarlos reposar para que se terminen de cocer con su propio calor y no queden secos.
