  4. En una sartén caliente echamos el aceite y pochamos la cebolla 10 minutos a fuego medio.

    Añadimos el picado de verduras, sofreímos y removemos. Añadimos el caldo reservado de la cocción del pollo y cocinamos 10 minutos más.
  5. Añadimos a la sartén el arroz. Apagamos el fuego y removemos
  6. Añadimos la pechuga de pollo y la zanahoria cortadas a dados, las olivas y volvemos a remover
  7. Por último añadimos los palitos de surimi cortados a dados y removemos una vez más
  8. Dejamos reposar unos minutos y servimos (en este caso sobre una cama de hojas de lechuga)
