  7. Lo ponemos sobre una tabla de partir y le ponemos un film de plástico para que no se haga costra y metemos en el congelador una media hora.
  8. Mientras preparamos tres platos con harina, huevo batido y pan rallado (mejor si es casero).
  9. Freiremos en aceite de girasol y ponemos en un plato con papel de cocina para que absorba el exceso de aceite. Buen provecho.
