- Mientras sellamos la carne vamos a cortar la cebolla en juliana. En el mismo aceite donde hemos sellado la carne vamos a echar la cebolla junto con un poquito de sal y el ajo en polvo y dejamos pochar a fuego medio 10 minutos. Agregamos los champiñones y dejamos que se hagan unos 5 minutos.



- Incorporamos los tacos de jamón y los salteamos a fuego medio-alto un par de minutos. Mientras se hacen las verduras cortamos en dados la berenjena y la agregamos a la cazuela, removemos y dejamos que se haga a fuego medio 10 minutos.



- Cortamos en medallones la pechuga de pollo y la agregamos a la cazuela, cocinamos a fuego medio 10 minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando. Incorporamos el caldo de pollo y dejamos que se haga todo junto a fuego medio-lento 20 minutos o hasta que la carne esté a nuestro gusto.
