Para la bechamel echo en una sartén la mantequilla, cuando se derrita echo la harina, mover con unas varillas y cuando se haya dorado un poco la harina, voy echando leche hasta que veo que tiene la textura que estoy buscando, a mí me gusta espesita, no tan líquida, echamos sal, pimienta y nuez moscada y vertemos encima del pastel
  6. Luego ponemos queso rallado y al horno hasta que lo veamos doradito, riquísimo y muy apañado porque de un día para otro si sobra está riquísimo también.
