- Añadimos al guiso la harina y sofreímos unos 3' agregamos la leche templada sin dejar de mover, la sal, la nuez moscada, dejamos cocinar unos 10' mas, apagamos y ya tendremos listo el relleno para las berenjenas con la bechamel.

- Colocamos la mezcla de carne dentro de las mitades de las berenjenas, echamos queso por encima y gratinamos en el horno unos minutos hasta que se funda el queso.
