  10. Pimienta

  1. Pelamos las berenjenas y cortamos a trozos grandecitos. Del mismo modo cortamos a tacos el resto de verduras.
  2. En un recipiente apto para microondas y con tapadera, metemos todos los ingredientes mezclados y ponemos 2 de las cucharadas soperas de aceite de oliva Virgen extra y también sal. Mezclamos y tapamos.
  3. Introducimos en el microondas el recipiente tapado y ponemos a máxima potencia durante 30 minutos.

  5. Mientras tanto ponemos el tomate triturado en el recipiente de microondas, le ponemos la cucharada sopera de aceite de oliva Virgen y sal y pimienta al gusto. Mezclamos y metemos en el microondas, tapado, durante los mismos 17 minutos.
  6. Pasado este tiempo mezclamos las verduras con el tomate y removemos con cuidado de no romper demasiado las verduras para integrarlos y los tenemos al fuego un par de minutos solamente.
  7. Y entonces retiramos del fuego ya terminado nuestro pisto de verduras. Reservamos para acompañar como guarnición cualquier producto proteínico o para, como decía en la presentación, sirva directamente como pisto con huevo revuelto o con un huevo poché encima.
