- Tapar la sartén con una tapadera y bajar el fuego a temperatura media. Dejar cocer unos quince minutos y cuando se vean un poco tiernas las verduras, añadir el caldo, volver a tapar y dejar cocer, hasta que las verduras estén tiernas.
- Salpimentar, añadir la nata y dejar reducir un poco. Batir los huevos con un poco de sal y verter en la sartén con el fuego apagado. Mezclar bién todos los ingredientes. Poner el queso rallado por encima.

- Untar un molde para horno con un poco de aceite ó margarina y verter la preparación. Meter en el horno precalentado a 180º entre 45 y 60 minutos, dependiendo de lo grueso que sea el pastel. Pasados 45 minutos, pinchar con un palillo para ver si está cocido y si sale seco es que ya está al punto.
